Absence KPIs Report

Shows key insights on workplace absenteeism and trends:

• Reasons for employee absences

• Analysis of absenteeism, and planned absences, by employee occupation categories, occupation, years of service, division, and department
• Analysis of absenteeism, and planned absences, by employe age group, gender, and absences of men compared to women
• Employee absence trends: month over month, and over 3 years

Employee Absence Matrix

Shows which employees are frequently off work, and reasons:

• Total number of absence days by employee, categorized by absence type: planned absence, and absenteeism
• Total number of absence days by employee, and absence reason

Employee Absence Calendar

Allows managers to visualize the scheduling and availability, or absence of each employee

• Day by day, and month over month employee attendance
• Start and end dates, reason for the absence, and number of days
• Shows who is away today and in the upcoming weeks

Summary of Absences for each Employee

Provides a detailed view of each employee’s absences:

• Overview of all employee absences, including reasons for absence and number of days
• Absence calendar by employee: displays employee absences for the entire year, type of absence, start and end dates

Overtime Report

Summarizes employee worked hours and overtime:

• Weekly worked hours, and overtime hours, by employee
• Monthly worked hours, and overtime hours, by employee
• Yearly worked hours, and overtime hours, by employee
